Intersec trade fair and conference plays a major role in reflecting the security industry worldwide - 17th to 19th January 2010

The exhibition and conference combines a huge international profile, with a strong regional impact. Over 17,200 visitors from 96 countries and over 700 exhibitors from 50 countries attended Intersec 2009.

Exhibitor Profile

Over 700 international exhibitors from 50 countries participated at Intersec this year, covering a total exhibition area of 38,200 sqm. More than 90% of exhibitors stated that their participation was very successful/adequate with 93% stating that they were able to establish promising sales leads.
Intersec is the largest Security, Fire, Safety & Health and Police & Homeland Security Exhibition in the Middle East.

Visitor Profile

Over 17,200 trade-only visitors from 96 countries attended Intersec 2009.

50% of the visitor profile travelled internationally to the event. Visitors to Intersec were said to be involved in one or more of the buying processes, where almost 90% are involved in the final decision to purchase. Over 80% of the visitors came to the show to meetvpotential or new business partners and to keep up-to date with new products and trends.

62% of visitors requested for a quotation whilst visiting Intersec 2009.

With globalisation posing profound challenges to international security, it is now more important than ever to address the issues associated with Commercial, IT, Homeland Security, Policing, Disaster Management/ Prevention and Safety & Health. For the 12th time Intersec 2010 will be the focal point for these topics and provide the unique platform for it to take place.
