Established in 2003 by the current Managing Director, Simon Whitehouse, SGW Security Consulting has grown organically now employing eight people to deliver our key services, with access to partner consultants where specialist input may be required.

In 2007, UK Steel Enterprise, A Corus Group Company charged with regeneration of steel industry communities provided a package of investment and support to enable the company to further expand operations and relocate to a secure and high profile office complex in Sheffield City Centre. The new office provides the space and IT infrastructure needed to deliver current and anticipated business activity and an ideal base to support our clients.

SGW's team of consulting engineers is backed up by sales, marketing and administrative professionals all of whom are dedicated to ensuring each client is treated on an individual and unique basis.

Our breadth of expertise and ‘one-stop' advisory service approach to security, fire and life safety enables us to satisfy the needs of a wide and diverse client base and to provide a quality independent professional service at an affordable cost.

Already providing expert advice to some of the UK's leading companies and organisations, SGW is expanding, into Europe and the Middle East.
